PART 1: NAMEBRAND PRODUCTS

We have partnered with Brandsdistribution of Italy to provide and deliver our Namebrand supplies. We are not responsible for the delivery, damaged supplies, or any other issues associated with the said products. Below we have listed their general policy and procedures as it pertains to you.

However, if we find the delivery of their services unsuitable and irresponsible in a way that’s detrimental to our customer relationship in a meaningful way and they fail to correct such actions, we will remove them from our network without notice. 

 

Terms and Conditions

1) Payment methods

IDT S.p.A accepts credit card payments through Paypal or bank transfer payments. 

For credit card payments, an invoice will be issued at the time of payment. For clients who choose to pay by bank transfer instead, the invoice will be issued on confirmation of payment. 

Orders where payment has not been received within 3 days will be cancelled. Clients will be sent a payment reminder and may send a copy of the confirmation of payment slip to avoid their orders being cancelled while receipt of payment is still pending.

The minimum order on our website is €400 for clients within the European Union and €1,000 for non-EU countries.

The registration form requires a company’s VAT number to be included pursuant to the following Articles:

– VAT 22% National rate

– VAT EXEMPT pursuant to Art. 8(c) regular exporters (insert reference number of the letter of intent received and registered)

– VAT EXEMPT pursuant to Art. 41 (for the EU)

– VAT EXEMPT pursuant to Art. 8(a) (outside the EU)

– VAT EXEMPT Article 58 (on triangulation)

– VAT EXEMPT Article 2 (on discounts)

For the clients who fall within one of these categories and who do not insert their VAT number on the registration form, the National VAT rate of 22% will be automatically charged on each order.

2) Times and shipment costs

IDT S.p.A has worked with DHL logistics service for many years. DHL manages our warehouse and also our shipments abroad.

Orders will be processed and shipped within 3 days of receipt of payment.

The order is confirmed as soon as we receive the payment (status “confirmed”) and our logistic warehouse starts preparing it (status “working on”). A “working on” order can be cancelled but it’s not possible to add or remove single articles. When the order is “Ready” (ready to be shipped), it is not possible to make any more changes to it.

For orders under €2,500, shipment costs will be calculated automatically where clients choose to use our shipment services. For orders over this amount, our customer services will calculate the exact shipment cost and contact the customer concerned prior to shipment.

Clients may also choose to use their own courier service: in this event, clients must ensure that our customer services receive all the relevant information in advance.

For USA customers the delivery time is about 2 weeks, New York landed duty paid.

The shipping, return costs and customs duties are to be paid by the customer.

3) Returns and Refunds

IDT S.p.A accepts returns within 7 days of the delivery of the order. The procedure for returning merchandise is as follows:

a.The customer must first send a request for acceptance of the return.

b. The request is then confirmed by our customer services by e-mail who also issue a returns code.

c. The goods must be returned together with a copy of the e-mail confirmation containing relevant returns acceptance code.

d. Our logistics confirm return delivery of the package.

e. Confirmation is sent to the customer that the goods received match the returns request.

f. A credit note or a refund is issued in the customer’s name.

If the order is damaged or incomplete for internal reasons (e.g. incorrect quantities shown as available in the website) a credit note will be immediately issued for the customer.

4) Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what type of personal data we are collecting, how the personal data are used, to whom and in which situations such personal data are disclosed and how you can request the modification or deletion of your personal data that we hold about you. Also, as our website is using cookies, the Cookies section hereof offers you the necessary details in relation hereto.

This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and is a part of our Terms and Conditions. Therefore by accepting our Terms and Conditions, you accept this Privacy Policy.

In order to complete any purchase transaction on our website you will be asked to subscribe by completing the Form available on our website and which requires various personal data.

When completing the Form, you will be asked to indicate your e-mail address, your complete name, your phone number and your gender, the data of your bank accounts and/or card, as well as any other personal information you wish to provide to us.

Please note that these are mandatory information requested from you. Whenever a section of the Form is requested as mandatory, such section will be followed by the sign*. The non-completion of such a section does not allow you to finalize the subscription on our website.

The personal data requested in the form available on our website can be used by IDT S.p.A for the following purposes:

  • To create your personal account at IDT S.p.A and to identify you as a user of our website;
  • To process your orders via our online services and to facilitate your transactions;
  • To send you text message and e-mail notifications of delivery status;
  • To send you marketing offers such as newsletters and catalogues either by text messages, phone calls, e-mails or by post;
  • To contact you in the event of any problems with the delivery of your items;
  • To offer you customer support relating to the products and services available on our website;

Our website may contain links or references to websites of our group companies or third parties, and their privacy policies may differ; therefore, please be aware of this aspect and read their corresponding privacy policies. We mention that we have no control over any other websites than our website, therefore we are not liable for any aspects that are connected with or may result from such other websites.

The security of your personal data is a very important aspect for us. Therefore, we use our best efforts to take appropriate measures and to protect against any unauthorized access to or loss, misuse, disclosure of your personal data. In this respect, we implement generally accepted standards of technology security.

 

However, given that there is no perfect security on the internet and no data transmission over the internet can be deemed to be 100% secure, we cannot guarantee that any information and data stored on our servers or provided to or from a user will be protected from unauthorized access.

By agreeing to this privacy policy, you agree not to hold us responsible for any breach of security.

 

You acknowledge that we may need to host, store or transfer your personal data outside of your country of residency. Although we cannot guarantee the same level of protection of your personal data as may be ensured in the country of our headquarters, we shall use our best efforts to protect your personal data. Please note that however, we cannot be held liable for a security violation that occurs during or in relation to such a transfer.

 

IDT S.p.A declares and undertakes that it shall comply with all your rights granted by the Italian Law (Legislative Decree No. 196/2003) on the protection of personal data. In this respect, you may alter your data or request that it be deleted at any time, by sending a request in this respect to info@brandsdistribution.com at any time.

Final provisions

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time, so please review it frequently on this website. If we make any changes, we have no obligation to expressly notify you by email or post a notice on the site’s homepage. Therefore, we encourage you to read our revised Privacy Policy from time to time. The provision of personal data to IDT S.p.A by the users is not mandatory. At any moment, you may freely request the modification and/or deletion of their personal data from the website database. By using our website, you expressly accept our Privacy Policy.

Shipments and Deliveries

How can I get a personalized quotation of shipping costs for my order?

If it is a large volume order, you will not automatically see the shipping costs in your cart. In this case, you can request a custom quote by following these steps:

1.    Add the products to your cart

2.    During checkout select “Collection with my courier / Request quotation with Brandsdistribution courier” and confirm your order.

3.    Fill in the fields related to the shipping and billing address, then select the payment option via “Bank Transfer”. Your order will then be booked while waiting to receive your personalized quotation by email. Once you have received your quotation, you are not obliged to accept it but you can decide to cancel the order or organize your shipment by yourself. If you accept the quotation, you can choose to pay your order by bank transfer, Paypal or credit card.

 

Which couriers do you rely on for international shipments?

International orders are shipped via DHL, FedEx and Boxberry couriers.

What documentation do you provide for Extra EU shipments?

For extra EU shipments, we provide the Invoice with Customs Commodity Codes (Tariff Number) and the customs declaration documentation. 

 

Can I schedule the delivery date and time?

No, it is not possible to schedule the date and time of delivery.

How can I request insurance on my shipment?

When requesting a quote, please specify that you also require shipping insurance. 

 

Are shipments insured?

No, shipments are not insured. For minimum amounts of € 1,000, you can request insurance before proceeding to pay for your order.

 

Where are the products purchased on www.brandsdistribution.com shipped from?

All products purchased on www.brandsdistribution.com are shipped from our 2 warehouses in Italy.

 

Do shipping costs include VAT?

No, shipping costs are exempt from VAT. VAT if applicable, will be calculated and added during the order.

Which countries do you ship to and how much does shipping cost?

The cost of shipments depends on the weight and volume of the package, the destination country and the type of courier. Brandsdistribution ships to 170 countries.

What happens if the recipient is absent at the time of delivery?

With DHL, depending on the service chosen, the courier will try 3 times to deliver or take the products to a collection point where the recipient can pick up the order.

All couriers, in case of non-delivery, leave a notice for the recipient with instructions on how to proceed to collect the package.

 

How can I track the shipment of my order?

For shipments with DHL it is possible to obtain the tracking code by accessing the “My Orders” section. Under “Tracking”, you will find the link to click on to track the shipment of your order. To track shipments made with other couriers, please contact us.

 

Can I have the goods collected by my own courier?

Yes, you can collect the goods with your courier for cumulative orders (minimum EU € 400 extra EU minimum € 1000). Simply choose the “Collection by my courier / Request quotation with Brandsdistribution courier” option during checkout. When your order reaches READY status you will be sent an email with the data required for collection together with a request for further information required to authorize your courier to collect the goods from one of our warehouses. 

 

How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery times depend on the country of delivery and the courier selected. Express courier shipments are delivered within 48 hours of shipment. Other non-express shipments are usually delivered within 2 – 7 working days. 

 

How long does it take to prepare an order for shipping?

The order is prepared for shipment within 2 working days of confirmation of receipt of payment.

 

Can I change my delivery address?

You can change the delivery address by accessing your Profile from the menu at the top right of the screen or you can specify the desired delivery address during the order payment process.

 

Which couriers does Brandsdistribution ship with?

We mainly ship with our partner DHL, but we also rely on other couriers for large volumes or for non-EU countries. The courier used will be communicated when a shipping quote is given.

Shipping Rates

We will be utilizing a flat shipping schedule. Eligible shipments up to 0.5 Cubic Feet in volume will ship USPS Priority Cubic based on the rates below.

Shipments which do not qualify for USPS Cubic Pricing will ship USPS Priority or FedEx Ground/Home Delivery based on weight. 

FROZEN/REFRIGERATED: Frozen and Refrigerated Shipments are Subject to an $8 surcharge per box. A box is defined as 2.3 Cu Ft.

IMPORTANT: The main data feed will be modified to exclude the estimated shipping price column. If you are running a script to pull data or signed up with a third-party integrator, you must plan accordingly.

Return Policy

RETURNS —- Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

* Frozen and Perishable Goods 

* Orders made on special request. 

This includes orders in which a request is made for a quantity that exceeds the quantity we have available in our warehouse. 

* Orders that require FBA-Prep. 

* Custom made orders.   

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable) 

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. 

* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery 

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee if the package is returned through no fault of our own. Once approved,  your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@greendropship.com.

Sale items (if applicable) 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
